Shipping Policy
We will make reasonable efforts to ship all in-stock orders within 5-7 business days via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Transit times vary based on your location and shipping speed selected at checkout.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM Pacific Time will ship the same day. Weekend orders will ship the following Monday. Shipping/delivery dates displayed at checkout are estimates only based on average transit times. We are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs inspections.
Returns and Refunds
All Oliology® Facial Serum, Pro Growth Oil, Body Oil purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives defective or damaged. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you believe the product is defective. We will evaluate your claim and issue an appropriate refund or replacement at our sole discretion.
To be eligible for a return or refund, products must be unused and in the original packaging. If we accept a return, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We will issue refunds within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds are issued in the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
